Handling Time
- Stock products: 2-3 business days handling before shipment.
- Personalized or custom items: up to 5 business days handling before shipment.
- Team store orders may ship together at the end of an order window. Specific timelines are listed on each store page.
- Handling time does not include carrier transit time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States via standard carriers.
- Shipping rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Once an order ships, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
30 Day Return Policy
- Non personalized, in stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized, custom printed, or custom embroidered items are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns.
If something is wrong with your personalized order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the affected items at no cost to you.
